How long does each engagement take?
Dispute resolution and mediation support runs two to four weeks depending on complexity. Lean operations consulting is a five-week structured engagement. Halal certification and market strategy spans eight weeks. Each timeline is discussed and confirmed at the outset so you know what to expect.
How is the engagement fee structured?
Fees are fixed per engagement, agreed in writing before work begins. Dispute resolution starts from RM 560, lean operations from RM 2,000, and halal certification advisory from RM 3,350. Payment terms and milestone arrangements are discussed during our initial conversation.
How do you protect the confidentiality of our business matters?
Confidentiality is a foundational part of how we work — particularly for dispute resolution engagements. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before any sensitive information is shared. All materials produced during the engagement remain the property of your business.
Can we engage for just one service?
Absolutely. Each service is a self-contained engagement. You are not required to take more than one, and there is no obligation to continue beyond what was agreed. Some clients return for a second engagement later — but that is entirely their choice.
What does the process look like from initial contact to start?
